Two Army Personnel Injured in Suspected Mine Blast in Kupwara

Kupwara, Oct 4: At least two army personnel from the 19th Sikh Regiment sustained injuries in a suspected mine blast during a routine patrol in the Gogaldara Jumagand area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Official sources confirmed that the soldiers were injured when they accidentally triggered a landmine. They were immediately evacuated to a nearby hospital for treatment. The condition of the injured soldiers is yet to be confirmed, and further details are awaited.
