Mayor alleges illegal appointments by NC leaders
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR NOV 17:- The Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) Mayor Junaid Azim Mattu has now alleged that illegal appointments were made in the department by the National Conference (NC) leaders.
The SMC Mayor has alleged that illegal appointments were made and facilitated in the Left River Works Division of Srinagar Municipal Corporation.

“Fake appointees (including the cousin of a senior NC leader and also wife of an NC leader who is also a current elected representative) being identified. Three current elected representatives, all belonging to JKNC and at least two SMC employees involved in the scam prima facie.” Junaid Azam tweeted.
