Third death reported in J&K on Monday, toll rises to 63

SRINAGAR  JUNE(PTK)An elderly from Shopian died who was tested positive for covid-19 few days before died at CD hospital on Monday, officials said.

Dr Saleem Tak, Medical Superintendent at CD hospital said that a 80 year old man who was admitted at the hospital on 13th of June died on Monday evening.

He said that patient was suffering from Diabetes, Hypertension and other underlying problems including COPD.

with his death, the death toll in J&K has reached to 63, including 7 from Jammu division and 56 from Kashmir division.
