BJP’s Lok Sabha polls first list, Khalid Jahangir to contest from Srinagar

SRINAGAR, (PTK): The Bhartiya Janata Party central executive on Thursday released its first list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections which begin from April 11 and end on May 19. The counting of votes will take place on May 23.

Here are some of the prominent candidates and their constituencies: 

1. Jammu- Jugal Kishore Sharma
2. Udhampur- Dr Jitendra Singh
3. Baramulla- Mohammad Maqbool War
4. Srinagar- Khalid Jahangir
5. Anantnag- Sofi Yusuf

Candidate for 6th Seat Ladakh is yet to be decided.
