144 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 123108

Death toll rises 1920 with 05 new deaths

Rajouri, Doda, Kishtwar and Reasi reports no new cases.

Srinagar  January 15 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 144 fresh positive cases of COVID and 05 new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 123108.

These cases include 64 from Jammu division and 80 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports Two new deaths, while Jammu division reports Three new death, taking the death toll to 1920 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 40 cases were reported from Srinagar, 02 from Baramulla, 02 from Budgam , 03 from Kupwara, 03 from Pulwama, 06 from Anantnag , while Bandipora 02, Ganderbal 10, Kulgam 03, Shopian 09, Jammu 46, Udhampur 02, Kathua 01, Samba 09, Poonch 01 and Ramban 05.

Moreover, they said, 179 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 111 from Jammu division and 68 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
