PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR SEP 25:- Today, rain/thundershowers are expected at most places in Jammu and Kashmir.
Heavy showers are possible at a few places in J&K, especially in parts of Jammu region.
In Kashmir, intensity will be more over parts of south Kashmir.
There are chances of light snowfall over higher reaches, like Sinthan Top and adjacent areas in the Pir Panjal Mountain Range.

Day temperature will stay below normal by 3 – 12 °C, so in some areas it might get necessary to wear light woollens.
In Ladakh UT, rain/thundershower/snow of moderate intensity is expected at many places, especially in parts of Kargil district. Thus, a significant fall is expected in day temperature.
