Tehsil employee shot dead in Budgam

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar:  A clerk at Tehsil office was shot and injured by suspected militants in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday.

An official said that the gunmen fired upon the man identified as Rahul Pandot, an employee in local Tehsil office, at Chadoora on Thursday.

He was immediately shifted to Sub District Hospital Chadoora where from he was shifted to Srinagar for specialized treatment where he has succumbed to his injuries.

Area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers, he said.:-PTK.
