“Singham Again” Opens Strong with ₹27 Crore Collection by 6 p.m. on Day 1

According to Sacnilk.com, Singham Again recorded a strong opening, collecting ₹27 crore as of 6 p.m. on its first day. Final Day 1 figures, expected by 10 p.m., should offer a fuller picture of the film’s debut performance. The movie enjoyed significant occupancy, especially in cities like Jaipur, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune, reaching about 60-70%. Delhi NCR had the highest number of shows at 1,304 with a steady 50% occupancy.

As per Box Office India, Singham Again is set to outperform Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 in Maharashtra, although the overall collection is slightly below the usual highs for a Rohit Shetty film. Notably, there were no bulk buys or discounted tickets, giving a straightforward look at the audience’s response.

This third installment of the Singham franchise stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh. In an action-packed trailer, Devgn reprises his iconic role as Bajirao Singham, now facing off against Arjun Kapoor. The film explores a modern “Good vs. Evil” theme, with subtle references to Ramayana.

Adding to the franchise’s excitement is Deepika Padukone’s debut as “Lady Singham” and Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya Pattnaik. The release also marks a box-office clash with Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
