Rain, snow likely in J&K in next 48 hours

Srinagar January 6 (PTK) The Meteorological Department office on Friday said that rain and snow is likely to occur in Jammu and Kashmir in the next 48 hours.

“Rain and snow is likely to occur in J&K during the next 48 hours,” an official of the MeT department said.

He said, Srinagar recorded minus 5.5 degrees Celsius, Pahalgam minus 8.6 degrees Celsius and Gulmarg minus 5.0 degrees Celsius as the minimum temperature today.

In Jammu region he said, Jammu recorded 3.7 degrees Celsius, Katra 4.6 degrees Celsius, Batote 3.6 degrees Celsius, Banihal 5.4 degrees Celsius and Bhaderwah 0.6 degrees Celsius as the minimum temperature.
