People must cooperate with administration to control pandemic:- Er Aijaz

Sarinagar April 17 (PTK) Says BJP organizing blood donation camps in coming time, youth must join mainstream to take J&K to new heights of development
DDC khanmoh and Senior BJP leader Er Ajaz said that covid-19 has engulfed whole world and there is need that people must cooperate with administration and follow covid appropriate behavior in letter and spirit.
While talking exclusively with Press Trust of Kashmir Er Ajaz said that administration is doing there work and they are testing every tourist who comes by aerial route or by road besides that masks are being distributed and are arranging oxygen, beds and other essential things that people of J&K need at the moment.
BJP high command has also decided to organize blood donation camps and those who have recovered from Covid-19 must donate their plasma so that it can help in recovery of others.
There is need to follow SOPs in letter and spirit and there is need to keep vigil on all irrespective of VIP, poor and Royal and everyone must be treated same as we don’t have such health care facilities in J&K so we have to take care of it, he said.
On asking about closure of schools and postponement of exams and keeping parks and tourist spots open, he said that tourism is backbone of economy of J&K and there is no need to close it but need of the hour is that SOPs must be followed at every spot and all must be tested and no entry should be allowed without following of protocols and anyone who goes to any park goes there volunteerly.
Ease of living and providing of basic facilities and we are working on them besides providing a playground, he said on asking about development in his DDC seat after winning the seat, adding that we jointly will work for the development of the area, however, he said that there is shortage of material and issues of stone quarry are still pending and it must be allowed at an earliest.
Hoisting of Tricolor is a welcome step as we must respect it as J&K is part of India, he said adding that, other parties were never of the view that separatism, militancy and stone pelting should end here.
He while taking a jibe at other parties said that many developmental activities are going in J&K and much more will come.
Administration is fully cooperating now as compared to last years and in coming time BJP will emerge as big party, he said, adding that everyone who is under threat must be given accommodation at safer places and despite attacks leaders and works won’t remain back and will continue to forward their developmental agenda.
Amid covid taking decision that Secretariat will function at both Srinagar and jammu, it is good step to provide all facilities at doorstep so that people need not to travel so far, he said.
There is need to promote rural tourism and central government will take sport activities to every corner of Kashmir, he said while appealing youth of J&K to join mainstream so that J&K can be taken to new heights of development. (PTK)
