Missing PhD scholars family appeals administration to help them in tracing him
Srinagar June 18 (PTK) Family of PhD Scholars who had went missing in Kangan area of Ganderbal on Wednesday protested at Srinagar and asked administration to help them in tracing our missing kin.
Hilal Ahmad who was on picnic along with his friends has gone missing in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday
Sources said that on sunday a group consisting of 6 to 7 youth from Srinagar had arrived Naranag Wangath area of Kangan for picnic.
On the same day they proposed to visit Gangabal for trekking but one of their companions decided to stay back.
After coming back from trekking, they found their companion missing in Naranag.
Though they searched for him, yet the missing youth was untraceable.
A police officer said that efforts are on to locate the missing youth, He identified the youth as Hilal Ahmed Dar son of Gulam Mohiuddin Dar resident of Ibrahim Colony Bemina Srinagar.
Family while talking to Press trust of Kashmir said that Kangan police isn’t cooperating with them and request higher ups to look into the matter.
He is an orphan and has lost his mother and father when he was in 10th, they said, while requesting everyone to help them in tracing him.(PTK)
