Srinagar, May 24(PTK):Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir, Dr. Umar Farooq, visited the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) today to inquire about the health of renowned Islamic scholar and Sheikh-ul-Hadees, Mufti Nazir Ahmad Qasmi Sahib, who suffered a heart attack yesterday.

According to hospital sources, Mufti Sahib is recovering well, and doctors have confirmed that he is stable and expected to be discharged later today, Alhamdulillah.

During the visit, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq prayed for Mufti Qasmi Sahib’s complete and swift recovery. He also expressed his gratitude to the medical staff at SKIMS for their timely intervention and care.

Mufti Nazir Ahmad Qasmi is widely respected across the Valley for his deep knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence and his contributions to religious scholarship. (PTK)
