MeT predicts two-day wet spell from Oct 19
Press Trust Of Kashmir Srinagar Oct 17:- The Meteorological Department (MeT) predicted widespread rain in plains and light snowfall in higher reaches between October 19th night till October 20th in Kashmir.
An official of the MeT said that they were expecting light snowfall in higher reaches and widespread rains in plains from Wednesday evening (October 19th) till next Thursday afternoon in the region.

He said that in the coming days there will be a slight decrease in day temperatures in the Valley and evenings will be colder.
“There is no forecast of any major snowfall for the next 10 days in J&K and Ladakh,” he said.
