Massive Blaze in Aishmuqam, many structures damaged

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : Several structures were gutted in a Massive ablaze near the shrine of the revered Sufi saint, Sakhi Zain u Din in Aishmuqam area of Anantnag district in South Kashmir.

An official said that on Tuesday morning a massive ablaze damaged several structures near the Aishmuqam shrine.

Locals said that the fire is still on and has spread to nearby structures, however fire service vehicles in large numbers have reached the spot and are trying to bring the fire under control.

They said that Sir the fire broke out from a Halwai/sweets shop belonging to Sajad Ahmed Sofi son of late Abdul Majid Sofi and has now spread to adjacent shops.(PTK)
