Manan Wani Killed In Handwara Encounter
SRINAGAR, (PTK): According to sources Top Hizb Commander Manan Wani has been killed in Handwara encounter.Police sources confirmed that second dead body which was yet to be identified has been identified as top Hizb Commander hailing from lolab Kupwara.
