Man died in scuffle over land dispute in Kulgam
Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : A man died after a scuffle broke out between relatives over a land dispute in Manchwa area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday afternoon.
An official said that a man fell unconscious during the scuffle with another local resident in yaripora area.
The duo entered into scuffle over a land dispute, an official said.
He said that one person namely Zahoor Ahmed Wani son of Ghulam Mohammed Wani died under mysterious circumstances in the scuffle over the land dispute.
The Jammu Kashmir Police lodged in FIR in the Police station Yaripora under section 174 (suspicious death) of CrPC.
“The Police is ascertaining the cause of the death. It is too early to say anything,” the official said.:PTK.
