Kathua admin organising mega events to mark Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya celebration

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KATHUA, JUNE 22: To mark completion of 75 years of Independence and celebration of Ujjwal Bharat Bhavishya Power @ 2047, Kathua administration is going to organize a series of events across the district in collaboration with the  Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited.

The major events would be held on 25th of July, 2022 at Common Facility Centre Ghatti (SIDCO) and on 27th of July, 2022 at Multi-Purpose Hall Navodaya Vidyalaya, Basholi.

As informed by XEN JPDCL Kathua, Sukhdev Singh Kalsi, the events will feature films on various Flagship Programmes of Government of India to showcase the achievements made in the Power sector like providing reliable and 24×7 Power Supply across length and breadth of the district. Besides, Cultural and Nukkad Nataks will also be performed to disseminate messages regarding different schemes/ initiatives of the power sector for general public awareness.
