Joint Awareness Camp regarding IG units held at Sogam
KUPWARA, JULY 16 PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR: The District Industries Centre (DIC) Kupwara today organized a Joint Awareness Camp at block headquarter Sogam, here.
The programme was envisaged to generate awareness among general public especially educated unemployed youth regarding establishment of Income Generating (IG) units under PM-FME ODOP and other allied schemes.
A large number of unit holders, progressive farmers, aspirants, PRIs, general public and Officers from Industries, KVIB, Horticulture and representatives of Animal and Sheep Husbandry attended the camp.
The subject matter specialists of various departments dealing with employment generation delivered their lectures and provided information regarding establishment of income generating units under PM-FME ODOP and other allied schemes like PMEGP.

KUPWARA, JULY 16 PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir has informed the general public of Kupwara district to avail the benefits of 183 online services already notified by J&K Government.
In a public notice issued here today, the DC impressed upon the general public of the district to avail the said services through online mode only without any kind of physical practice.
The notice further reads that if any official asks/ compels for applying through offline mode, the same should be conveyed to Additional District Development Commissioner Kupwara (9419027983), Additional Deputy Commissioner Handwara (9469277801), Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara (9419400725), Sub Divisional Magistrate Lolab (8491076344) and Sub Divisional Magistrate Karnah (9419052019).
