Illicit timber seized in Roomshi Range Pulwama

Press Trust of Kashmir |Pulwama, Aug 22 | The forest employees of Roomshi range on the intervening night of Friday-Saturday seized an illicit timber (30.12cf) during a Naka.

Divulging the details an official said that, during the Naka, territorial staff, and FPF of Roomshi range seized 06 numbers of Sawn illicit timber, and has seized a horse.

He said that the illicit timber has been taken to headquarters and investigation in this regard has been taken up.

Meanwhile, a senior officer confirmed the seizure of illicit timber and terms its success of the joint operation.

He said that further investigation has been set into motion and added those who will be found guilty be punished as per the law.(PTK).
