Half-Day Closure for Public Sector Banks and Financial Institutions on Ayodhya Ram Temple Ceremony

The Ayodhya Ram Temple’s pranpratishtha ceremony, all Public Sector Banks, Public Sector Insurance Companies, Public Sector Financial Institutions, and Regional Rural Banks have been directed to observe a half-day closing on January 22nd. The closure will extend until 2:30 pm, allowing employees to partake in the historic event and contribute to the nationwide celebrations.

This decision, reflective of a collective acknowledgment of the importance of the Ayodhya Ram Temple consecration, aims to grant employees the opportunity to participate in the festivities surrounding the pranpratishtha. The directive ensures that staff members have the flexibility to engage in both personal and community-based observances related to this momentous occasion.
