Govt unnecessary delaying regularisation of casual labours: Qayoom Wani

Sarinagar Oct 21 (PTK) President civil society forum and former EJAC president Qayoom wani on Wednesday said that government is unnecessarily delaying the regularisation of casual labours.

He said that govt is deriving sadistic pleasure from pathetic condition of temporary employees, delay in their regularisation depriving CPWs, dailywagers, Casual seasonal workers from minimum wages acts.

He termed it gross violation of CSR labour Lawa and human rights.

He demand that matter must be solved at an earliest and needs immediate one time solution.
