Govt constitutes committee to check alleged irregularities in written test of SI posts
Srinagar June 13 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday constituted a committee to enquire into the alleged irregularities in the written test of Sub-Inspector posts in the J&K Police.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of an Inquiry Committee, with the following composition, to enquire into the alleged irregularities in the written test for Sub-Inspector posts in the J&K Police by Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board.” Reads the order issued by Principal Secretary to the Government Manoj Kumar Dwivedi.
As per order, Financial Commissioner Home Department (Additional Chief Secretary) will be chairman of the committee, Principal Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department and Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs will be members of the committee.
“The above Committee may co-opt any other member as may be required and shall submit its report/recommendations taking into account all aspects of selection process within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this order.” It adds.
“The Inquiry Committee shall be serviced by General Administration Department.” It adds further. (PTK)
