Ghulam Nabi Azad Opts Out of LS Contest, Advocates Saleem Parray for Anantnag-Rajouri Seat

Ghulam Nabi Azad, Chairman of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP), has announced his decision to refrain from contesting the upcoming Lok Sabha elections for the Anantnag-Rajouri seat. Instead, the party has nominated Advocate Mohammed Saleem Parray to represent the constituency.
The decision was confirmed by Mohammad Amin Bhat, the Provincial President of DPAP, who stated, “The party has decided to field Advocate Mohammed Saleem Parray for the Anantnag-Rajouri Lok Sabha seat.”
Expressing his gratitude towards the party leadership, Advocate Mohammed Saleem Parray remarked, “I thank my party leadership for nominating me as a candidate for the Anantnag-Rajouri seat. It is an honor for me that I have been given a chance to serve the people of Jammu Kashmir.”
