Explosion heard in Srinagar near Lal Bazar police station

Srinagar, (PTK): An explosion was heard near Lal Bazar police station in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. The security forces have cordoned off the area.

So far no reports of any casualties have surfaced. More to follow.

Earlier on Feb 2, at least two CRPF personnel and two civilians were injured in a grenade attack at Pratap Park in Srinagar’s Lal Chowk area. The grenade was lobbed upon the deployed troops of C/171 Batallion.
