Press Trust Of Kashmir Srinagar Nov 3:- Dr Masood Tanvir Bhat HOD Medicine has been assigned the charge of the post of the Principal GMC Srinagar.

“In the interest of administration and patient care, it is, hereby, ordered that Dr. Masood Tanvir Bhat, Professor/HOD Medicine, Government Medical College, Srinagar shall temporarily look after the charge of the post of Principal. Government Medical College. Srinagar in addition to his own duties, in his own pay and grade with immediate effect till regular appointment to the post of the Principal, Government Medical College. Notably, Dr Samia Rashid, who was Principal of the GMC retired last month.
