DC Udhampur reviews progress on digitization of Jamabandies under DILRMP
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR UDHAMPUR, SEPTEMBER 20: Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Krittika Jyotsna today convened a meeting of officers of Revenue departments to review the progress achieved under Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme and digitization of Jamabandies in the district, here at Mini Conference Hall DC Office Complex.
The DC directed the concerned to complete all the Jamabandies by 30th of September 2022. The DC further directed the revenue officers to update the revenue records especially Jamabandies at war footing to ensure that the digitization was completed in a time bound manner and people can avail the benefits of the programme.

The Deputy Commissioner further directed the revenue officers to prioritize the work of Jamabandies.
The Revenue officers were also asked to sensitize the public regarding Updation of Jamabandies, while Tehsildars were directed to submit a weekly report to her office.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mohammad Syed Khan, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rafiq Ahmed Jaral besides all Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars and others were present in the meeting.
