DC Reasi reviews redressal of public grievances received on JKIGRAM

 PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR REASI, JULY 30: Deputy Commissioner, Reasi Babila Rakwal today convened a meeting of officers of different departments to review the redressal of grievances received on JKIGRAM, here at DC Office Complex  Reasi.

While addressing the meeting, the DC  directed the  Officers to ensure speedy and quality disposal of pending grievances   without further delay.

The DC asked the officers that LG Administration was very particular about the redress of public issues and directed them to address all the pending public issues within one day.

The concerned officers were asked  to respond to  all the grievances and upload the Action Taken Report on the portal  on the same day.

The DC took department wise review of grievances of JKIGRAM and sought  feedback from the officers.

  Rakwal emphasized that most of the departments have just a single pendency, while few departments have piled up the grievances. The DC directed all the officers to speed up the redressal and submit the report at the earliest.

 Among others, the meeting was attended by ADC Abdul Star, CPO Sunita Kanchan, ACR, ACD, CMO, CHO, DSHO, ARTO, DTO, LMO, Xens and other concerned officers.
