DC Jammu attends grievances redressal camp at Tehsil Bahu
Asks officers for early redress of people’s issues
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR JAMMU, NOVEMBER 04: To get first-hand account of the public grievances, Deputy Commissioner, Avny Lavasa, today presided over a grievances redressal camp in Tehsil Bahu where at several delegations and scores of individuals apprised her about the problems/issues being faced by them in day to day life.
The main issues highlighted during the programme were related to water supply shortage and erratic power, Revenue, land compensation , road connectivity, construction of lanes and drains, cleanliness and sanitation in the area.

ctions to the concerned officers for early redressal of their genuine grievances. She assured that the highlighted issues of public importance will be taken up with higher authorities besides all the pendency and public service delivery slackness shall be reviewed thoroughly.
She also impressed upon the officers to work with zeal to achieve the targets and delivery of the benefits to the common masses.
Tehsildar Dr Rohit Sharma, along with other officers of concerned departments and a large number of people were present at the program.
