CM Omar Abdullah meets MLAs to discuss developmental and public welfare issues

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 18 (PTK): Several Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) today called on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at the Civil Secretariat and discussed key developmental matters and public welfare issues concerning their respective constituencies.

MLA Baramulla Javid Baigh, MLA Rajpora Ghulam Mohi Uddin Mir, MLA Poonch-Haveli Ajaz Ahmad Jan and MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat met the Chief Minister and apprised him of various developmental priorities and issues affecting their respective areas.

The legislators raised matters related to constituency development and public welfare and sought the Chief Minister’s intervention for their timely resolution.

Omar Abdullah gave a patient hearing to the visiting legislators and assured them that all genuine issues raised concerning their constituencies would be examined and addressed on priority, in accordance with applicable rules and available resources.

The meeting reflected the Government’s continued focus on engaging elected representatives and addressing developmental and public welfare concerns at the constituency level.(PTK)
