Body of elderly man retrieved from Jehleum
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR SEP 17: Body of elderly man who drowned to death in the Dal Lake in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Saturday morning has been retrieved.
An official said that man identified as Ali Mohammad Dar of Abi-Nowpora locality of Khanyar drowned in the lake this morning following which a rescue operation was launched.

He said that body was retrieved after hectic from the lake on Saturday afternoon following which later body was later handed over to the family for last rites.
Police has taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation in this regard.
