Haj operations this year remained very smooth:- Er Ajaz

Says farming new Haj Policy, committed to bring changes for welfare of pilgrims

Srinagar|july 16|PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR:- The First batch of Haj Pilgrims have returned back to valley on Saturday after performing haj and this year Haj operations have been very smooth.

Member of Haj committee of India, Senior BJP leader and DDC member Er Ajaz told Press Trust of Kashmir (PTK) that the first flight carrying Haj pilgrims has landed safely in srinagar.

In Srinagar, pilgrims were received by a team of officials headed by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir.

Er Ajaz said that Haj operations for the year has been very smooth and there has been drastic changes in the facilities provided to pilgrims at all holy sites.

Haj committee of India has been closely monitoring the pilgrimage in saudi rabia as well as in India., he said.

We are committed for bringing changes for welfare of pilgrims and in this regard we are framing new Haj Policy by the end of this year, he added.
