BJP workers arrested after they tried to host tri colour in Lal chowk

Sarinagar Oct, 26 (PTK) Several BJP workers who are said to be from Kupwara were arrested after they tried to host Indian Flag at Lal chowk.

According to PTK, Eyewitnesses said that few workers of Central ruling party appeared and tried to host flag on Ghanta Ghar in Lal chowk, however, police foiled their attempt.

Pertinently days after Former CM Mehbooba Mufti in a statement said that she won’t raise any flag till our special status won’t be restored, many leaders from BJP and even Congress have protested against her statement.

Tri colour was hosted at PDP office Jammu, a day before and now BJP workers tried to host flag in Srinagar.(PTK)
