Army holds yoga camp at Kangan

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar :- Army on Tuesday held a mega Yoga camp with students in Kangan area of Ganderbal district.

An official said that with the aim to induct discipline and mental peace, a Yoga camp was held at Sonamarg with the students of AGS Margund, Kangan and the Wusaan Battalion of the Indian Army on 21 Jun 2022

He said the students learned different Yoga and meditation techniques to inculcate in their life. The long term benefits of Yoga were explained.

This camp helped in increasing the curiosity of the students for the techniques and benefits imparted by the Yoga and also helped them to calm their mind in a stress free state, he added.:-PTK.
