Arms cache recovered in Saderbagh forest area in central Kashmir’s ganderbal district

Press Trust Of Kashmir | Ganderbal | Security forces in a joint operation recovered a huge cache of arms, ammunition in the forest area of Ganderbal district, officials said

Sources told the Press Trust of Kashmir that CRPF 118 BN and Ganderbal police in a joint operation launched operation and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition

The statement issued to PTK said that the search operation, during the wee hours today, in the forest area of Sadra Bagh, under PS Ganderbal, the troopers of Srinagar Sector, 118BN, CRPF and Ganderbal Police recovered rounds of AK-47, along with two magazines, loose 9mm rounds, various other rounds, three hand grenades and cordex wire.

The general area was searched thoroughly, for more such stashes, by the Dog Squad and BDD team of CRPF. An FIR has been lodged with PS Ganderbal in this regard.(PTK).
