Ammunition along 2 AK rifles recovered in Keran sector

Press Trust of Kashmir | Keran : Army said to have recovered two Ak-56 rifles, a pistol with holster along with several magazines and rounds along Line of control in Keran sector, officials said on Monday.

An official said that 22 Sikh regiment recovered the arms and ammunition in Googerdor area in the Keran .

Following recovery a case (FIR No, 04/21) under section 7/25 (1A) of Arm Act stands registered in police station Keran.

The recoveries as per officials include two Ak-56 rifles along with six magazines besides 177 Ak-47 rounds, and one pistol.

They said that investigations in this regard has been taken up.(PTK).
