PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR OCT 07:- J&K Government has given IAS officer Akshay Labroo additional charge and has authorized to carry financial and other matters till further orders.

“In the interest of administration and in order to ensure smooth functioning of this Secretariat, Shri Akshay Labroo, IAS, Additional Secretary, Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat is authorized to dispose off routine work including, financial and other matters, in addition to his own duties, till an officer is posted as Principal Secretary to Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor or until further orders, whichever is earlier.” Reads the order.
