PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SHOPIAN, JULY 27: The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Shopian, Manzoor Hussain today chaired Block Diwas at Zainapora, Shopian.

 ADDC met scores of deputations of locals, Social Activists and PRIs and listened to their grievances.

          On the occasion, people projected various issues including provision of laparoscopic surgery at Zainapora, payment of pending dues to contractors, fencing of boys middle school, development of parks, provision of portable drinking water facility and better Healthcare facilities, better road connectivity and other issues of public importance.         ADDC directed concerned officers to ensure timely completion of all the highlighted issues as per norms within the fixed timeline.

          He also assured the audience that all their genuine demands shall be taken up for appropriate action as expeditiously as possible and within norms.

          District officers including SDM Zainpora, Mushtaq Ahmad; CPO, Khursheed Ahmad; CHO, DSHO and officials were present besides, PRI members, people in large numbers from various areas of the district participated in the said Block Diwas.
