ACR inspects functioning of Tehsil Office Kishtwar, Jamabandi Centres

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KISHTWAR, AUGUST 06: Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Kishtwar, Varunjeet Singh Charak  today conducted a surprise inspection of Tehsil Office Kishtwar and Jamabandi Centres to check the functioning and delivery of services to the general public.

During the inspection of Tehsil Office, he inspected each section and stressed upon Tehsildar   to work in a coordinated manner to enhance the work productivity so that the benefit of the welfare schemes percolate down to the grassroots level.

He also met with the people in the Tehsil Office and directed Tehsildar for prompt deliverance of services and redressal of their genuine grievances.

During the inspection of Jamabandi Centres, he checked the upadation work of Jamabandis and directed the concerned officer to share day to day details with his office.

He also listened to the issues faced by the Patwaries/dealing Assistants during updation of Jamabandis and resolved the same on the spot.

Later, he also inspected the Aadhar Centre and directed the officials to display the rate list for the information of the general public and restrain from over charging.
