RDD in Tral launches Cleanliness Drive under Swachhata Pakhwada

Tral, August 2, 2024: The Rural Development Department (RDD) in Tral Sub District has launched a cleanliness drive as part of Swachhata Pakhwada. The initiative, supervised by Block Development Officer (BDO) Muqbil Lateef Hussain Shah, saw participation from Village Level Workers (VLWs), RDD staff, and wildlife department personnel.

The drive focused on ensuring cleanliness in various Panchayats, the BDO Office, and notably, the Shikargah Tral tourist area. BDO Muqbil Lateef Hussain Shah emphasized that the campaign aimed to highlight the importance of maintaining cleanliness and environmental hygiene. He assured that similar drives would continue across the sub-district to promote a cleaner and healthier environment.
