Preparatory meeting of B2V4 held at Anantnag
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR ANANTNAG, OCTOBER 12: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr Basharat Qayoom today held meeting with the district officers for sucessful conduct of B2V4 at DC Office Complex, here.
The B2V4 will be conducted in all 335 panchayats of the district where visiting officers will preside over the functions.
Key points of discussion during the meeting were awareness to public regarding the Self employment schemes, Digital initiative, saturation of golden cards, issuance of land pass books, involvement of Youth Clubs in B2V4 and other activities, village haat, play fields in all panchayats, conducting of tournaments , plantation drives, social audit of public distribution system, swatchta village, tricycle facility to every specially abled person, conducting of cultural programme, Gandhi katha, public feed back etc.

The DC directed the officers for mobilisation of resources for successful conduct of the programme. He said that Back To Village has become an important platform to assess the development in an area and tailor interventions for achieving self set goals.
He said that all officers must ensure that necessary institutional mechanisms are in place for successful conduct of the programme this year.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, JD Planning, ACD, DSP DAR and all BDOs among others.
