Search ops started after drone fired upon in Akhnoor sector:- BSF

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR AKHNOOR JULY 23:-Border Security Forces late last night observed a suspicious blinking light coming from Pakistan side and fired upon it in Kanachak area of Akhnoor sector of Jammu district.

PRO BSF Jammu said that soon after the incident search operation in the area has been launched which is still going on.

“On Friday at about 2140 hrs BSF troops observed a blinking light coming from Pakistan side in Kanachak area. Alert BSF troops fired on it, while search of the area in progress,” He said.
