461 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 131421, Death toll rises 1998 with four new deaths

Srinagar April 01 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported 461 fresh positive cases of COVID and four new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 131421.

These cases include 100 from Jammu division and 361 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.

The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports three new deaths, while Jammu division reports one new death, taking the death toll to 1998 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 157 cases were reported from Srinagar, 76 from Baramulla, 26 from Budgam, 10 from Pulwama, 10 from Kupwara 19 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 05, Ganderbal 06, Kulgam 49, Shopian 03, Jammu 61, Udhampur 04, Rajouri 04, Doda 01, Kathua 21, Samba 06 and Poonch 03.

Moreover, they said, 114 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 36 from Jammu division and 78 from Kashmir division. (PTK)
