11 cattle charred to death in Poonch

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : At least 11 cattle were burnt alive after a fire broke out in a cowshed at Kallar Kattal in Surankote area of Poonch district on Wednesday.

Fire broke out from the cowshed belonging to Mohammad Fazal son Wazir Mohammad following which villagers rushed to the spot and after hectic efforts they were able to douse off the fire.

In the incident three buffaloes and eight goats kept inside the shed were burnt alive.

Police has taken cognizance of the incident.:-PTK.
