04 Active associates of JeM arrested in Pulwama
Press Trust of Kashmir | Pulwama : Pulwama police on Sunday claimed to have arrested four active associates of JeM in district
An official said that during the investigation of case FIR no 50 and 51 of 2022 of P/S Pulwama it was established that 04 youth were actively associated with the JeM outfit providing logistic, transportation and other facilities for commission of terrorist acts.
He identified the arrested active associates as Imtiyaz Ahmad Rather son of Mohammad Shaban Rather resident of Chewa kallan, Naseer Ahmad Malik (Madrasa Administrator) son of Ab Hamid Malik resident of Wasoora, Rayees Ahmad Sheikh son of Gh Nabi Sheikh resident of Khanpora Newa and Yawar Rashid Ganai son of Ab Rashid Ganai resident of Gudoora Pulwama.
It is pertinent to mention that on 12-03-2022 two militants of proscribed outfit JeM were killed in an operation in chewa kallan and 01 militant was apprehend alive.
Investigation of the cases is going on, official added.:-PTK.
