Two persons including teenage girl dies, another critically injured in drowning incidents in J&K

Srinagar April 16 (PTK) A man and teenage girl died while another one got seriously injured in two seperate incident of drowning in J&K on Saturday

An official said that Mohammad Noorani son of Mohammad Ayub resident of Shambar Gharat drowned to death in Rajouri while as another person Mohd Iqbal son of Mohd Yaqoob resident of Shambar Gharat got injured in the incident whose condition is said to be critical.

Both drowned in stream in the village in the morning hours after which locals of the area launched an operation and brought both the men out of the stream but one person couldn’t be revived.

Meanwhile a 16-year-old girl (name withheld) resident of Shaheen Mohalla Noorbagh fell from the upper storey of her residential house this afternoon.

She was rushed to SMHS hospital for treatment, however, the doctors declared her brought dead at the hospital.

Meanwhile, local police registered a case in this regard and started investigation. (PTK)
