Tourist Dead to Heart Attack in Sonamarg

SRINAGAR (PTK) :A 63-year-old tourist died of a heart attack in Sonamarg area central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday, officials said.

The deceased, identified as Manohar Motiram Rajani, a resident of Solapur, Maharashtra, was visiting the picturesque tourist destination of Sonamarg when he was struck by the fatal cardiac event.

Efforts to save his life were made promptly as he was rushed to the PHC Sonamarg Hospital. However, despite the best efforts of medical personnel, Mr. Rajani could not be revived and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
