Three killed , two injured in Ramban road mishap, One still missing, rescue operation on

 

Press Trust of Kashmir |Ramban : In a very traggic incident at least three persons were killed while two others were injured and another went missing in a road accident in Digdole area of Ramban district on Saturday morning.

 

An official said that a passenger vehicle carrying at least six persons fell into a gorge near Digdole.

He said soon a rescue operation was launched, however, three persons were found killed while two were injured

 

He further said that one is still missing and rescue operation is going on in the area.(PTK).

In a statement issued here, Mir said that such an ominous incident has shattered the hopes of his family that need to be mended.

“He is a Panchayat representative, who is diligently rendering his welfare services in his ward.

The administration must immediately deliver ex-gratia to him so that the woes of his family are mitigated at an earliest,” he said.

Mir also demanded that the administration must provide temporary accommodation for the victim’s family until their house is reconstructed.(PTK).
