Teenager among two drowns to death in Kashmir
Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : A teenage boy was among two who drowned to death in two seperate incidents in Kashmir
An official said that a boy identified as Muzaffar drowned to death while he was trying to cross his cattle over a stream along the Wular Lake in Laharwalpora village.
He said that two others who drowned were rescued safely.
In another incident khalil Ahmad Chohan, son of Ab Raheem, resident of Tanghard Hiller Arhama Kokernag drowned in the river during extraction of sand.
Locals and police launched efforts to rescue the drowned person and later on retrieved him and shifted to a nearby health facility, where the doctors declared him brought dead
Dead bodies were handed over to families after legal formalities.:-PTK.
