Srinagar Police Organises Pipping Ceremony for Promoted Officers at DPL Srinagar

Srinagar, May 10 (PTK): Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday organised a pipping ceremony at District Police Lines in Srinagar to felicitate police personnel who were recently promoted to higher ranks.

The ceremony was presided over by DIG Central Kashmir Range Rajiv Pandey along with SSP Srinagar G. V. Sundeep Chakravarthy.

Among others present on the occasion were SP Headquarters Shah Umar, DySP Headquarters Syed Sleet Shah, DySP DAR Nazir Ahmad and other senior police officers and staff members.

During the ceremony, rank insignias were formally pinned on the promoted officials by the DIG CKR and SSP Srinagar in an atmosphere of pride and encouragement.

Addressing the gathering, the officers congratulated the promoted personnel and expressed confidence that they would continue to discharge their duties with professionalism, integrity and dedication in their new roles and responsibilities.

The promoted officials expressed gratitude to the department for recognising their service and reaffirmed their commitment towards maintaining peace, ensuring public safety and upholding the rule of law.(PTK)
