Shopian man found hanged in Maisuma Srinagar

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar:- A man from South Kashmir’s Shopian district has been found hanged at a hotel in Maisuma area of Srinagar.

An official said that a man from Shopian was found hanged at Gulfam Hotel in room no 312 located on court road in Maisuma Srinagar.

He further added that police party has rushed to the spot and have taken body in their custody.

They identified him as Showkat Ahmad Ahanger son of Mohammad Ayoub Ahanger resident of Sangrama Shopian and his body is being handed over to family after all legal-medico formulaties.

He further added that case has been registered and further investigation has been taken up.:-PTK.
